Riyadh – Mubasher: Five transactions privately executed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on 2 million shares on Monday at a value of SAR 39.7 million, according to a bourse filing.
Two transactions saw the trading of 1.6 million of Banque Saudi Fransi shares at SAR 19 per share, totalling SAR 30.36 million.
The other three transactions were executed on National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri), Arriyadh Development Co. and Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance (Medgulf) shares.
The three transactions saw a trading volume of 112.2 million, 150.84 million and 126.16 million shares, respectively.
Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index or the sector indices.
