Riyadh - Mubasher: Foods Gate Trading Company appointed Chairman, Vice Chairman, Managing Director, and CEO for the new board term running from 6 June 2026 to 5 June 2030.
Abdulilah bin Saad bin Mohammed Al Drees was named as the board’s Chairman, while Abdullah bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Rashoud was announced as Vice Chairman.
Moreover, the board approved, on 7 June, appointing Saad bin Abdulilah bin Saad Al Drees as the Managing Director and CEO.
In addition, the members also greenlighted the formation of the audit committee, appointed a board secretary, and designated the company's representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
The appointments follow the election of the board of directors at the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on 12 May 2026.
