Dubai – Mubasher: UAE stock markets are expected to hold at the current levels amid an increase in foreign investments, according to analysts.
Higher foreign investments contributed to the markets' last two rises over the past two sessions, said financial market analyst Jasim Al-Harbi, noting an increasing buying appetite which indicates that local stocks are at good P/E ratios.
Market analyst Amir Al-Mansour said investors are still watching for the rest of Q3 financials. "This plays a role in the current jittery performance as they, the real estate financials in particular, will shape investors' destinations up till the end of 2016".
The markets are likely to move in a narrow channel over blue-chip stocks during this week, Al-Mansour expected, assuring this movement will push the markets to maintain the current levels.
