Riyadh – Mubasher: Four transactions privately executed on the Saudi Stock Exchange on the shares of The Saudi Investment Bank and Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance.
The transactions were done on 14.1 million shares of the two stocks and exceeded SAR 201.95 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
Two transactions saw the trading of 7,000 of the bank’s shares at SAR 13.50 per share, totalling SAR 94.5 million for one transaction.
In the meantime, the bank’s share price reached a high of SAR 14.40 and a low of SAR 14.25.
Moreover, two more transaction were executed on the 100,000 shares of Bupa traded at SAR 129.50 per share and totalled SAR 12.95 million.
The company’s share traded between SAR 128.50 and SAR 129.
Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index or the sector indices.
