Riyadh – Mubasher: France is Saudi Arabia’s third largest country by investments with $15 billion, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported, citing Saudi-French Business Council vice chairperson Fayez Al Alweet as saying.
Speaking at an event in France, Alweet revealed that there were over 80 French firms operating in the Kingdom, employing up 30,000 workers, of which 10,000 were Saudis.
Saudi Arabia is France primary oil supplier, the top official said.
The Kingdom’s 2030 Vision will open new fields for French companies particularly in the renewable energy, infrastructure, and tourism fields, as well as in investment funds, education, training, and healthcare, Al Alweet added.
