Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Fujairah Building Industries said its board proposed to distribute 5% dividends, or 5 fils per share, for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Total recommended dividends amount to AED 6.8 million for FY16.
The company’s capital stands at AED 135.99 million, distributed on 1 million shares at AED 1 per share.
Shareholders will hold their meeting on 13 April to discuss the proposed annual dividends.
