Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Shareholders of Fujairah Cement Industries Co. will discuss on 21 April the proposed dividends for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The board recommended 5% dividends, totalling AED 17.793 million ($4.8 million).
The shareholders will also discuss the profit and loss statement, in addition to the board’s report on Fujairah Cement’s activity for 2015.
