Dubai-Mubasher: The Annual Investment Meeting 2016 will kick off on Monday in Dubai, with the participation of officials and investors from 140 countries regarding leading foreign direct investments (FDI).
The three-day event will be held under the theme ‘The New World of FDI, Key Features and Best Practices’.
The UAE is considered the largest Arab investor abroad, with business opportunities amounting to $66.3 billion (AED 243.32 billion), UAE economy minister Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri said according to World Investment Report 2015.
Al Mansouri expected 2016 to witness further growth in FDI, amid a vision of building a diversified economy.
