Riyadh – Mubasher: National Gas and Industrialization Company’s (GASCO) board appointed Mohammed Al Otaibi as new chairman.
Earlier, the board accepted the resignation of the previous chairman Abdulkarim bin Hamad Al Nojaidi, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The board also assigned the role of the CEO to Abdulkarim bin Hamad Al Nojaidi, as of 15 March, following the resignation of Mansour Ali Alwalah.
