Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of the National Gas and Industrialization Company (GASCO) proposed a dividend distribution accounting for 5% of the share’s par value for 2020, according to a disclosure to Tadawul on Wednesday.
The recommendation value stands at SAR 0.5 per share at a total of SAR 37.5 million over 75 million eligible shares.
Last year, GASCO achieved a 25% increase in net profits after Zakat and tax to SAR 136.9 million from SAR 109.4 million in 2019.
