Riyadh – Mubasher: National Gas and Industrialization Company (GASCO) said its board approved establishing a fully-owned limited-liability subsidiary, subject to obtaining the required approvals and licences from relevant authorities.
The Riyadh-based subsidiary will provide services for the establishment and building of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) networks and tanks, develop LPG products and solutions, and provide related technical and engineering consultancy services, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
GASCO's new investment comes in line with its strategy to upgrade the services and solutions provided to LPG customers across Saudi Arabia.
