Kuwait-Mubasher: Gulf Bank of Kuwait (GBK) purchased the Cube Mall in Salmiya for KWD 55.3 million in an auction, according to a bourse statement.
The acquisition resulted in alleviating part of Al Fawares Holding Company’s indebtedness.
The mall was owned by Al Fawares and pledged to the bank.
The bank’s stock stabilised at 232 fils after generating KWD 8,550 from the exchange of 36,850 shares.
