GCC markets likely to move sideways Sunday – Analysts

By Mahmoud Gamal

Mubasher: GCC stock markets are forecast to keep moving sideways with a bearish view on Sunday, analysts told Mubasher, noting that traders have started turning their eyes on the Saudi bourse.

The Saudi issuance of international bonds has lowered the cost of financing, capturing GCC traders to invest in Tadawul, which backed the market over the past three weeks, said market analyst Mohamed Al-Azmi.

GCC investment portfolios are likely to increase their positions on stocks that have not disclosed Q3 financial results yet, while foreign traders are anticipated to liquidate their buying positions built over the past sessions, said market analysts Alya Al-Muzaini and Adnan Al-Delmi.
