Mubasher: The majority of the GCC stock markets are expected to see a downward performance on Wednesday and Thursday, in line with the fall of global markets, said capital market analyst Mahmoud Abo-Zeid.
Rapid speculations are the current trend controlling the market in order to make a good use of the unstable conditions, said economic analyst Foad Darwish.
The GCC stocks are in need for real catalysts to maintain their current levels and break into new ones, the analyst noted.
The fall of global markets will push investors to lighten positions of stocks which have reached their targets, especially in the promising markets like the UAE, said investment portfolios director Mohamad Al-Harbi.
