Mubasher: GCC portfolios are forecast to decrease positions during the mid-week trading sessions amid a lack of positive data and the re-fall of oil prices and global stocks, analysts told Mubasher.
Some portfolios and fund managers are likely to lead selling orders on Tuesday, said market analyst Mohamed Al-Azmi, attributing this trend to investors' precautionary tendency for limiting their losses amid negative speculations on OPEC meeting on next Wednesday.
Regional markets are thus anticipated to go bearish during the coming sessions this week, namely after global markets' mixed performance pushed traders to shift their focus on gold until this foggy scene ends, said market analyst Mahdi Mahmoud.
"Quick speculation is the dominant trading mood on GCC markets now", Mahmoud highlighted, adding that markets are in dire need for stimuli in order bounce back to the bullish run.
