Mubasher: The continuity of the fall in oil prices will deepen losses of the Gulf stock markets on Wednesday amid a growth in profit-taking activity in global markets, analysts told Mubasher.
Trading at GCC markets is expected to witness fluctuation rebounds on Wednesday and Thursday amid a downward performance, capital market analyst Abdullah Al Zamel said.
Directors of both portfolio investments and funds will lead selling transactions on Wednesday, as an early move before losses increase amid an unclear vision of interest rates and oil prices, capital market analyst Muhammad Al Azmi said.
The analyst clarified that rapid fluctuation transactions are controlling the markets to take advantage of the current unstable condition of the GCC markets.
