GFH Saudi Arabia gets CMA licence for securities’ advisory

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has issued a resolution licensing GFH Capital Saudi Arabia to carry out arrangement and advisory activities in the securities business, the authority said in a bourse filing.

Earlier this month, CEO of GFH Hisham Ahmed Al Rayes stated that the group had submitted an official request to be listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

On 10 April, GFH Group had unveiled the details of transactions made last March in Bahrain Bourse (BHB) and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) by the liquidity provider it hired SICO.
