Dubai – Mubasher: GFH Financial Holding appointed Nicholas Polley as its general counsel, according to a bourse statement.
Polley will handle corporate, commercial, investment, and financing matters, in addition to working with the external, local, and international counsel.
Polley served as the chief legal officer of SEDCO Holding, and as a partner and the head of the MENA International Banking and Finance Practice at Charles Russel Speechlys law firm.
