Mubasher: GFH Group has postponed its board meeting, which was supposed to be held on Sunday 10 February, due to lack of quorum, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
The company, listed on Bahrain Bourse (BHB), Boursa Kuwait, and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), will hold the board meeting on Monday, 11 February, in Bahrain to disclose the income statements of fiscal year 2018.
