Mubasher: GFH Financial Group will discuss the financial statements for the fiscal year 2015 as part of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 29 March, according to a statement issued on DFM website.
In their meeting, shareholders will also appoint auditors and sharia’s supervisory board for the fiscal year ending 31 December, 2016.
