Mubasher: GFH Financial Group’s board meeting, which was scheduled to be held on 12 February, was brought forward to Sunday, 5 February, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
The board members will discuss and approve GFH’s consolidated financial results for the fiscal year 2016, and the group’s new growth strategy to acquire financial institutions and infrastructure investments through issuance, the statement noted.
