Dubai-Mubasher: GFH Financial Group said that the arbitration tribunal of Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR) issued its final award favourably on back of the company's lawsuit filed against Abu Dhabi Investment House (ADIH).
In its statement, GFH added that the award includes a restitution worth SAR 250 million ($66.6 million), $229,600 in arbitration and also coverage of legal cost. In addition, BCDR declared a10% annual interest on the award starting from 21 January 2016 until the date of final payment.
