Dubai - Mubasher: Gulf Marketing Group (GMG) has laid the foundation for building a distribution centre for its products in Jafza Mountain Free Zone.
Construction works of the project will be completed in September 2018, according to a company statement.
As per the statement, the area of the new centre is 40,000 square metres with over 21 million-unit storage capacity, and an estimated daily storage capacity of 400,000 units.
Trilogi, the logistical arm of GMG, will deal with all the project operations.
The area of GMG’s current distribution centre is 20,000 square metres.
This move aims to promote the growth of GMG’s investment portfolio, in addition to extend its works in e-commerce.
