Kuwait – Mubasher: The losses of Gulf Petroleum Investment (GPI) shrank by 64.3% during the third quarter this year as compared to the same period a year ago.
Losses narrowed to about KWD 593,440 ($1.95 million) in Q3-16 from KWD 1.66 million ($5.45 million) in Q3-15, the company said in a bourse statement.
During the nine-month period, GPI achieved profits worth KWD 2.38 million versus losses of KWD 1.66 million ($5.45 million) in the same period a year ago.
On the stock level, GPI started Wednesday’s session lower by 1.28% to reach 38.5 fils.
