Kuwait-Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting of Gulf Petroleum Investment (GPI) approved a capital increase to KWD 45.5 million from KWD 37.6 million.
The KWD 7.9 million hike will be generated from the issuance of 79.6 million shares at par value of 100 fils and without a premium issuance.
