Dubai – Mubasher: The construction of the AED 1 billion Gate Avenue at the new 660,000-square foot Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is scheduled to open in the first half of 2018, a statement said on Wednesday.
Around 85% of the structural concrete work and 75% of the concrete blockwork are completed.
An AED 49.5 million contract for the project was recently awarded to HLG Contracting, with work due to be completed by May 2018.
