Kuwait-Mubasher: Gatehouse Capital - Kuwait has accomplished the sale of £8.1 million (KWD 12.8 million) property in United Kingdom, according to a statement issued by the bank.
The bank had bought the property in December 2011 which was capable of achieving 9.9% internal return as well as 8% constant monthly return during the four-year investment.
Gatehouse Capital noted that the exit has produced 39% gross return in the four years.
The bank has managed to exit four-year investments totalling $950 million.
