Mubasher: Gatehouse Financial Group Ltd is managing assets worth as much as $3 billion in the US, the group’s chairman said.
Around half of these assets are in the industrial sector in collaboration with Brennan Investment Group, while the rest of the assets are distributed over various sectors, capped by the housing sector, Fahed Boodai added to Al Jarida newspaper.
Boodai further noted that Gatehouse Financial achieved growth in a slew of investments in the previous period on the back of implementing the scheduled plans.
The group’s investments in the North American nation is focusing on two sectors; namely, the industrial and middle-income housing sectors.
Gatehouse Bank’s portfolio includes about 3,000 houses, which is expected to rise to 6,000 in the coming five years.
The group also has acquired a 50% stake in a company for managing houses.
Over the previous period, Gatehouse Bank implemented digital transformation, along with providing sharia-compliant products.
Boodai indicated that the group seeks to achieve sizeable growth and it may float a stake of its shares on a global stock market or will list one of its subsidiaries on Boursa Kuwait.
It is noteworthy that Gatehouse Financial Group Ltd is a 28.60% subsidiary of The Securities House.
