Cairo – Mubasher: General Company for Silos and Storage reported that its profits for the first eleven months of 2015/16 jumped 119.4%, according to a bourse filing.
The company earned EGP 102.2 million ($11.3 million) during July-May 2016, compared with EGP 46.58 million ($5.2) registered a year earlier.
Earlier, the company approved FY16/17 estimated budget in which a net profit of EGP54.44 million is targeted.
For the first six months of 2015/16, the company saw net profits of EGP 24.91 million, compared with EGP 2.41 million for the prior-year period.
