Cairo - Mubasher: The financial statements of the General Company for Silos and Storage showed a surge in profits by 254.9% in the fiscal year that ended on 30 June 2016, compared to the year before.
Profits reached EGP 83.25 million ($4.75 million) in FY2015-2016 compared to EGP 23.5 million ($1.34 million) in FY2014-15, according to the company’s statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.
The company also said that net profits reached EGP 83.25 million ($4.75 million) compared to EGP 23.5 million ($1.34 million) in the year before.
According to the bourse filing, the company will hold its ordinary general meeting (OMG) on 10 December and it will approve the distribution of cash dividends for FY2015-16.
