German, Polish firms to invest EUR 150m in Port Said

Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Cabinet on Monday announced that German and Polish companies are planning to establish five factories in East Port Said Industrial Zone, with investment costs worth EUR 150 million.

The factories will be built on 40,000 square meters of land, and will produce tractors, buses, irrigation systems, armoured gates, locks, and yachts, according to a cabinet statement.

The five agreements had been signed in 13 September 2017 with East Port Said Development Company, and will be executed during 2018.
