Riyadh - Mubasher: Ghida Al Sultan Fast Food Company signed an agreement with Saud Hadher Abdullah Al Arifi to establish a limited liability company (LLC) focused on creating and managing digital food and beverage (F&B) brands.
Ghida Al Sultan will hold a 66.66% stake in the new entity, while Al Arifi will own the remaining 33.34%, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the agreement’s total value is estimated at SAR 3 million, which will be injected as a non-interest-bearing loan (Qard Hasan) to support operations.
Ghida Al Sultan will contribute SAR 2 million, financed through its internal resources, while Al Arifi will provide SAR 1 million.
The move aligns with the company’s strategy to expand into the digital brands segment, leveraging the second party’s operational and managerial expertise to grow the business across Saudi Arabia.
It is also worth noting that the agreement, which was executed on 8 April 2026, remains subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals to complete the partnership and formalize ownership changes.
Ghida Al Sultan expects a positive financial impact from the venture in future periods, starting with the launch of the new brands.
