Cairo – Mubasher: Global Telecom Holding (GTH) shareholders approved on Thursday the company's financial statements for the fiscal year 2015.
They also endorsed the board's report and discharged board members from liability for the same FY.
Shareholders licensed the company to conclude unsecured revolving facility agreement with VimpelCom Amsterdam BV.
GTH earlier posted $9.8 million net profit for FY15, against $444.3 million net loss a year earlier.
