Gold prices rise after Brussels deadly attacks

Mubasher: Gold prices jumped on Tuesday following the deadly blasts in Brussels airport and metro station, as investors moved to the yellow metal as a ‘safe haven’.

Spot gold rose on London bourse by 0.9% to $1,254.10 per ounce at 2:20 GMT.

A series of blasts took place Tuesday morning in the Belgian capital, leaving 34 dead and several casualties.
