Cairo – Mubasher: Golden Pyramids Plaza said its board of directors approved a proposal to voluntarily delist the company’s stock from Cairo bourse.
An extraordinary general meeting will be held to look into the delisting proposal.
The board also decided that the stock purchase price, as per the delisting procedures, should be equal to the highest closing price last month, or at the average closing price for the last three months.
