Cairo – Mubasher: Golden Pyramids Plaza said it hold extraordinary general meeting on 14 February to look into the voluntary delisting of the company’s shares from the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Earlier, the company’s board of directors approved a proposal to delist the company’s stock from Cairo bourse.
