Cairo – Mubasher: Golden Pyramids Plaza Co. said it will hold extraordinary general meeting on 14 February, to discuss the voluntary delisting of the company’s shares on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Earlier, the company’s board of directors approved a proposal to delist the company’s stock from Cairo bourse.
