Mubasher: Google signed a $1.1 billion dollar agreement with HTC Corporation to purchase a stake of its operations.
Alphabet Inc., Google's owner on Thursday stated that some of HTC’s employees will join Google, as well as Google will receive a non-exclusive license for HTC intellectual property (IP).
