Cairo – Mubasher: The supervisor of New Mansoura, Mohamed Ragab, stated that 15% of the investment plan for fiscal year 2019/2020 is now complete.
A value of EGP 1 billion worth of investments was injected into New Mansoura City’s construction works, facilities, and roads during the first quarter of fiscal year 2019/2020, Ragab told Mubasher.
New Mansoura’s investment plan amounts to EGP 7 billion for fiscal year 2019/2020, he added, noting that the first phase is to be executed on 2,063 feddans.
Spanning an area of over 5,913 feddans, New Mansoura City stretches 15 kilometres on the Mediterranean coast of Egypt’s Delta area.
In August 2017, Egypt’s Minister of Housing had laid the cornerstone of New Manousra City, while President Abdel Fatah El-Sisi inaugurated it in March 2018.
