Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Ground Services Co (SGS) said it amended a deal with Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) starting 1 April 2017 and until 31 December 2020, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The deal was reamended on Wednesday and there was no change in prices, the company said.
Under the deal, SGS will provide handling services to Saudia including the readjustment of some service prices and the inclusion of new services.
The financial impact of the readjusted deal will result in a revenue drop of SAR 31 million for SGS, assuming the number of flights and optional services are maintained as per estimates and expectations.
