Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Ground Services Co. said its board approved the resignation of Chairman Saleh Al-Jasser, to be effective 31 December.
The board also appointed Abdullah Al-Howaish as the new chairman as of 1 January 2016 to complete the current term ending 2 April 2019, the ground services provider said in a bourse statement on Monday.
