Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Ground Services' board recommended the distribution SAR 244.4 million cash dividends for the second half of 2016.
The distribution will be at SAR 1.30 per share that represents 13% of the stocks par value, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
Shareholders of record at the end of trades on the date of the general assembly's meeting would be entitled to the dividends distribution.
The company announced earlier distribution of dividends of SAR 0.65 per share as of 30 August, totaling SAR 122.2 million.
The company's capital amounts to SAR 1.88 billion, divided into 188 million shares at SAR 10 each.
