Riyadh – Mubasher: The extra ordinary general meeting (EGM) of Saudi Ground Services approved on Monday distributing cash dividends of SAR 1.3 per share for the second half of 2016.
Shareholders of record at the end of the meeting's date would be entitled to the cash dividends totaling SAR 244.4 million, represents 13% of the capital, according to a bourse filing.
The dividends will be distributed in 15 days from the due date of the profits set by the EGM.
The EGM also agreed on amending some articles in the company's bylaws and some articles listed in the agenda.
