Cairo - Mubasher: Grundfos Egypt is competing for the water pumps contract in the ministries’ zone of the country’s new administrative capital.
The company’s sales reached EGP 350 million last year, according to general manager Ihab Isaac.
Sales is targeted to grow by 10% to 15%, reaching EGP 400 million by the end of 2018, he added.
Grundfos international sales reached EUR 3.5 billion last year, and it is expected to total EUR 4 billion by the end of this year.
The company is also considering to establish a new factory for its products in Egypt, which is viewed by the management as a promising market.
