Kuwait – Mubasher: Gulf Cable and Electrical Industries posted a decline of 0.84% in profits during the third quarter of 2016 as compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.
Net earnings decreased to about KWD 845,320 ($2.78 million) in Q3-16 from around KWD 852,510 ($2.80 million) in Q3-15, the company said in a statement issued on Tuesday.
During the first nine months of 2016, profits grew by 49.6% to KWD 5.34 million from KWD 3.57 million in the same period in the prior year.
