Kuwait – Mubasher: Gulf Cable and Electrical Industries said its shareholders will discuss on Wednesday, 10 May, 20% dividends for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Total approved dividends amount to KWD 4.2 million for FY16.
The shareholders will also discuss transferring KWD 570,540 to the company’s general reserve, in addition to the board’s remuneration worth KWD 310,000.
In 2015, the company did not distribute any dividends.
