Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Gulf Cement Company on Sunday announced signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with SIMEC Group LTD, a member of GFG Alliance, alongside National Investment Company KSCP, and Al Khair National for Stocks and Real Estate Company.
“We will execute what has been approved in the NDA,” Gulf Cement said in a filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
No further details were disclosed.
