Kuwait-Mubasher: Gulf Franchising Holding has bought a stake in an unlisted closed joint Kuwaiti firm operating in the field of medicine and education.
The company said in a bourse statement that the total value of the acquired stake is about KWD 370,000.
Gulf Franchising noted that the financial impact is currently unidentifiable, however, the acquisition may result in profits prospectively.
