Mubasher: Gulf Franchising Holding will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Tuesday to elect new board members for the coming three years.
This new board of directors will be a replacement to the members who resigned in early September, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
It is noteworthy that Gulf Franchising achieved a profit of nearly KWD 401,620 in the first half of 2017 against a loss of around KWD 38,830 in the same half a year ago.
