Riyadh-Mubasher: Gulf General Cooperative Insurance said its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will be held on 18 January, to elect board members for the next three-year term starting from the meeting date.
Shareholders will also discuss approving the business undertaken by the board since the start of its term until the general meeting date.
